I had a lovely day at the outdoor hot spring facilities, which are clean and well-maintained. The entry price is reasonable, but the experience could be better with more changing options and perhaps additional larger hot pools. The shuttle service is a nice touch, making it easy to get to and from the station. Overall, I enjoyed my time and would recommend it, although there are a few areas for improvement.

We visited the hot springs at the hotel but didn’t actually stay overnight. The hot springs experience itself was fun, with a variety of pools, but the service was lacking. Be prepared for the high price if you're not a guest. The dining options could use better service, as we were turned away at the restaurant too late in the day. Overall, it’s a decent spot but not without its challenges.
